Jack Grealish to cut short holiday with glam Wag Sasha Attwood to return to England training early and fight for place

JACK GREALISH is reportedly set to cut his holiday with Wag Sasha Attwood short in order to fight for his England spot.

The Manchester City star had been unwinding abroad after winning another Premier League title.

Grealish, 28, endured a difficult season at the Etihad after it was impacted by injury.

This had put doubts on whether the winger would make the final 26-man squad for Euro 2024.

The Daily Mail have claimed that he will cut his holiday short and report to England's pre-tournament training camp in Darlington.

His team-mates at Man City and Manchester United stars were not expected until next week.

This was due to the players being involved in the FA Cup final that the Red Devils won.

The report suggests that Grealish is determined to make the plane to Germany.

It is also added that City team-mate John Stones will also arrive earlier than scheduled.

The defender also suffered with injuries during the season and was used sparingly by Pep Guardiola towards the end of the campaign.

Grealish will have plenty of competition for one of the attacking roles in the Three Lions' squad.

Gareth Southgate will have to dwindle his choices down from the likes of Cole Palmer, Eberechi Eze, Bukayo Saka, Phil Foden, Anthony Gordon and Jarrod Bowen.

Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw also reported for duty early as they prioritised getting back fit for the tournament.

The majority of players arrived at Rockliffe Hall yesterday, and some fans suggested James Maddison was trying to talk Eze into a transfer to Tottenham Hotspur.
