Kay has revealed she is contributing 50p from her TikToks to the mortgage

However, the 27-year-old is out of contract at the League Two club this summer and set to become a free agent.

Ahead of the summer transfer window, Kay has now revealed what the period is like for a footballer's partner.

She regularly gives fans an insight into her lifestyle, with over 40,000 followers on TikTok.

Her posts on the platform have also racked up more than 1million likes.

Kay's latest video included clips from a recent trip to Italy as she detailed what is to come for the couple this summer.

She explained: "My footballer boyfriend is out of contract. So technically he doesn't even have a job right now…

"Thankfully I've been making my TikToks so I can contribute 50p towards the mortgage.

"Instead of sitting at home crying about him being a free agent, I thought it'd be a great idea to go to Venice and Verona and just have fun.

Kay has explained the stress that comes with Rawson's contract expiring this summer

"He is very calm about these situations and just trusts his agent to get on with it whereas I am a hot mess.

"Thankfully, he's had a little bit of interest otherwise I probably would be panicking in the corner right now. But it is so early on, the transfer window doesn't even open until June and so much can change.

"Nothing is ever guaranteed in football. If I don't reply to your text, it's not because I'm blanking you, I'm just a little bit stressed with not knowing where we're going to be living, if we're going to be living together or if we're even gonna be living in the same country.

"Packing a bag to go on holiday and not knowing whether or not you're ever going to be unpacking that bag is a very strange feeling and you just get used to being on the move."

Rawson is set to leave the Shrimps after making 36 appearances across all competitions this season, scoring twice.

The former Derby defender also captained his side on 16 occasions as they ended the campaign in 15th place.

Kay previously revealed Rawson has had to work on Christmas Day and miss family weddings

Kay has previously explained how her fiance has to work on Christmas Day and has even missed family birthdays and weddings.

In a separate TikTok, she said: "Sometimes if they lose, some managers will bring the players in on a Sunday, it's normally a family day and one of their days off.

"So if you have any plans, you have to cancel them super last minute. He's missed our kids' birthdays. He trains on Christmas Day and he's missed his brother's wedding.

"This is just part of football, and it's something that I've become really used to after being with him for ten years."
