Liverpool holding Feyenoord talks today over coach Slot

Liverpool are holding talks with Feyenoord today over their coach Arne Slot.

The Reds are making a move for Slot this week, reports BBC Sport.

Slot has a deal with Feyenoord to 2026, having signed the contract last year after rejecting an approach from Tottenham. It carries a €10m buyout clause.

Slot said at the time: "The next step will not be another club in Holland. If that is the next step, I've failed completely in the upcoming few years.

"A normal next step would be to go abroad and I've always said that the best league in the world is the Premier League."
