Chelsea launch structured bid for Palmeiras teen Estevao

Chelsea have launched a bid for Palmeiras teen Estevao.

Brazilian journalist Jorge Nicola reports on his YouTube channel that Chelsea are stepping up their pursuit of 16 year-old Estevão.

The London giants are said to have made an offer that matches Palmeiras's price tag, but via bonuses.

Chelsea are offering 40 million euros plus 20 million euros in bonuses.

Estevão reportedly has a buyout clause of 60 million euros. Palmeiras could snub Chelsea's bid as it is believed that the 16-year-old's value will increase.

The Brazilian giants may even offer Estevao an extension and at the same time raise the buyout clause.

Estevão has managed to play eight competitive matches for Palmeiras at senior level. He has a goal and an assist.
