Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag held talks with Willian last summer, it has been revealed.
Ten Hag made a move for the veteran before he re-signed with Fulham for this season.
Premier League Brasil says Ten Hag held lengthy talks with Willian about a move to Old Trafford and made a presentation to him.
However, in the end Willian committed to a new deal with the Cottagers.
He has played 30 times this season, scoring five goals.
