FORMER Manchester United star Nani is rolling back the years after showing off his insane physique.

The winger has clearly been hard at work in the gym and he took to Instagram to show off his bulk.

Nani, 37, looks shredded and boasts a killer six-pack as well as huge biceps.

His quads are also massive and he proudly put his body on display for the camera and all his fans.

Nani boasts 2.5million Instagram followers and many of them praised his look, including former team-mate David De Gea.

The goalkeeper commented: "Beast 💪🏼"

A fan said: "Shredded."

Another added: "Nani bro you look 18 again."

A third wrote: "Best shape ever! Let’s gooo."

Another pleaded: "Come back to United."

After seven years playing in the Premier League for United Nani now plies his trade in the Turkish Super Lig.

He joined Adana Demirspor in the summer from Melbourne Victory and has scored three goals in 30 games this season.

During his time with United Nani won four Premier League titles, the Champions League, the League Cup twice and the Club World Cup.

He has also played 112 times for Portugal.
