There are bound to be significant changes, some of which we're already seeing with the likes of Michael Edwards being enticed back to the club in a more senior capacity than before.

The Reds have shown their strength in depth over the past few games, evidencing when an entire club is aligned with the same goals, good things will happen.

That's not to say that the club will sit on their laurels, however.

If there are players that are able to improve what Liverpool already have in situ, and the Premier League outfit are able to bring them in without breaking the bank or salary structure, then they would be remiss not to do so.

According to BILD (h/t Express), one such player is Hoffenheim's brilliant Maximillian Beier.

At just 21 years of age, Beier has already plundered an incredible 12 goals in 24 matches this season, and not only is he one for the future, but he is clearly one for the present too.

The report does state that Nottingham Forest, Brentford and Brighton also retain an interest in the player, so the Reds might not get things all their own way in the summer.
