And the North London duo are both looking to bring him to the Premier League for NOTHING.
AC Milan face losing Francesco Camarda potentially for nothing
Francesco Camarada has become one of the hottest commodities in Italian football this term.
The forward has been lining-up with players four years older than himself and has scored 12 goals in 29 matches for AC Milan's under-19 side.
Camarada's performances have even led to him making the breakthrough in the Serie A club's senior team.
He came off the bench to make his debut in the 1-0 win over Fiorentina back in November.
That made him the youngest player ever to appear in Serie A aged just 15 years and 260 days.
Camarada followed that up with another outing as substitute in a 3-1 triumph over Frosinone.
Having attracted the attention of a host of clubs from across Europe, Milan had hoped to tie the Italian U17 international down to a long-term contract.
But talks over a deal, which can only be penned when he turns 16 on Sunday, have allegedly been postponed.
They had a three-year package, which can be signed in June, all ready for him to sign.
Now Milan are at risk of losing their academy graduate as Premier League giants Arsenal, Spurs and Manchester City plot a swoop.
Corriere dello Sport state that the trio have all sent scouts to closely follow Camarda's progress over the past few months.
And they have all requested information about a deal.
AC Milan's bitter rival's Inter are also believed to be huge admirers of the ace.
It remains to be seen what Camarda, his family and advisors decide upon for his future.
But Milan face the very real prospect of potentially losing him for nothing unless they can get him tied down to a professional contract.
