But they put on a cute display at the Universal Music bash at 180 Studios in London.
The couple matched outfits wearing black over the knee boots, black shorts and flashy tops.
Alex, 39, teamed hers with a striped blazer and went braless beneath a white shirt.
The ex-Lioness enjoyed a peck from pop star Jess, 34, who stunned in a plunging sheer top.
Later the couple were spotted holding hands as stars streamed out of the Brits after parties in the early hours.
Brits queen Raye, who scooped six gongs on the night, was spotted leaving the bash alongside Love Island's Molly Smith and Olivia Attwood - who walked barefoot in the street.
The Brits ceremony, which earlier aired on ITV, saw Raye walking the red carpet and taking to the stage in a comfy pair of slippers at London's O2 Arena.
On the night, the singer-songwriter, 26, triumphed in the categories for Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best New Artist and R&B Act.
Alex and Jess' date night at the Brits comes after they recently jetted off to Mexico for a romantic getaway.
The loved-up duo explored the Tulum region - going scuba diving and then ziplining across the jungle.
Alex also found time to relax while away, soaking up the sun while on the beach.
Last year the couple went public with their romance and were seen side-by-side watching Wimbledon.
