ARSENAL star Jorginho had an awkward look about him when sat next to his partner on a reality TV show.

The midfielder was appearing alongside fiancee Catherine Harding on Amazon Prime series Married to the Game, which explores the relationships between six players and their partners.

While next to one another in one clip from the show, the pair were recalling when and how they met.

Catherine could be heard saying: "Four years. Still feels like six months baby," before leaning to kiss him on the cheek.

However, the Italian then pulled a face with raised eyebrows and a cheeky grin.

Jorginho then began to explain how they had met on an app.

That was not without its difficulties, with the 32-year-old admitting he was unable to speak English at the time.

Catherine joked Jorginho had tricked her, before he gave a swift rebuttal saying: "I didn't... I did say to you I don't speak English."

She replied: "Not really", with Jorginho appearing shocked as he said: "What?"

The former Chelsea and Napoli star then explained how he was constantly using Google translate to help him respond all the time by copying and pasting messages.

This prompted the couple into laughing, before Catherine added: "What else are we going to do? Speak the language of love," which gave way to more laughter.

Jorginho left fans in stitches with another clip with him and Catherine where he brutally shut down a suggestion of proposing.

However, with the series filmed last year, he had in fact proposed by the time it went to air.

Their engagement was announced in December.

He has played 25 times for Arsenal this season and has marked out his importance with some impressive displays in recent weeks, including starring roles in wins over Newcastle and Liverpool.
