PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN could renew their interest in Marcus Rashford, according to reports.

The Ligue 1 side are drawing up a list of replacements for Kylian Mbappe.

Reports in France suggest that the player has decided to join Real Madrid at the end of the season once his PSG contract expires.

Los Blancos are supposedly confident they can get the deal done as Mbappe is open to reducing his £62million-a-year wages.

PSG have already accepted they are in danger of losing their star man and are drawing up a shortlist of alternatives.

Reporter Ben Jacobs claims a move for Rashford cannot be ruled out.

The Manchester United forward has been on PSG's radar for some time.

He even negotiated with the club prior to signing a new contract at Old Trafford last year - although discussions were allegedly used as leverage.

However, Rashford's switch to PSG could be back on - providing he tells them he is keen on the move.

The Parisians supposedly do not want to waste time on chasing the England star if he has no plans to ditch his boyhood club.

SunSport reported last week that PSG were not expected to go back in for Rashford as they are targeting Victor Osimhen.

The Napoli striker has also been linked with a move to Arsenal and Chelsea.

However, it remains to be seen if this position would change if Rashford made it clear he wants out.

The 26-year-old has struggled for form this season, scoring just five goals in 28 games.

He has also had off the pitch problems after The Sun exclusively revealed the extent of his 12-hour bender in Belfast.

The hungover player phoned in sick to training and has since been fined two weeks' wages worth £650,000 and dropped from the squad for one match.

Man Utd say that Rashford has "taken responsibility" for his actions and he scored on his return to the starting XI in the 4-3 win over Wolves last Thursday.
