It'll be a lavish trip to Euro 2024 for the WAGs of England's stars
The WAGs of England's football stars are set to travel in style during Euro 2024 with a luxury coach that's equipped with bars, kitchens, gaming consoles and even beds.
Among those expected to head to Germany are Kieran Trippier's wife Charlotte, Fern Maguire, wife of Manchester United defender Harry, and Jordan Pickford's wife Megan Davison.
Also likely joining them will be Jack Grealish's girlfriend Sasha Attwood and Luke Shaw's partner Anouska Santos. Gareth Southgate's stars will be well-supported by their partners in what could be his last tournament managing the national team.
A source for the Mirror revealed: "They have been looking at one with bars, kitchens, gaming consoles for kids and even beds. They may cost up to £5,000 a day but they are the most practical way of doing it."
During the World Cup in Qatar, a mini army of partners, children, siblings, mums and dads followed England. England boss Southgate allowed visits to the team hotel in Doha.
Kate Kane shares four children with the England captain
Kate Kane, wife of captain Harry, who moved to Munich with her husband, is likely to provide tips on hotels and host cities. Many of the partners stayed on board MSC World Europa, a £1billion cruise liner, which docked in Doha for the World Cup.
The partners are now looking for a base similar to the hotel used by England families at the 2006 World Cup in Germany. The Three Lions will be playing Serbia in Gelsenkirchen on June 16, then they're off to Frankfurt to face Denmark, and finally, they'll meet Slovenia in Cologne.
The model is Jack Grealish's childhood sweetheart
After finishing as runners-up in the Euro 2020 final, England will be hoping to break their 58-year international duct with triumph in Germany.
It's perhaps the nation's most talented squad since the Golden Generation in the mid-2000's and it's a grand opportunity to secure honours on the world stage when the likes of former powerhouses Spain and Germany are not at the level they previously once were.
