'I had affair with Prem League star – betrayal is natural and I feel sorry for Kyle Walker'

A model who bonked a Premier League star behind his girlfriend's back says she feels sorry for love rat Kyle Walker.

The Manchester City defender, 33, is now single after he was exposed for fathering a second child with Lauryn Goodman.

Walker publicly apologised and said his treatment of childhood sweetheart wife Annie Kilner – who is pregnant with their fourth child – was "horrible".

But one woman who actually feels sorry for Walker is Italian beauty Paola Saulino – who believes 98% of footballers do the dirty on their partners.

She has personal experience of this after a Premier League footballer slept with her in a car before he "begged daily for nudes".

And the racy model spoke exclusively to Daily Star to give her take on cheating sportsmen. She said: "First of all, I am not surprised by what Kyle did.

"I sincerely believe that betrayal is a very natural thing in life. What's wrong? Perhaps betrayal just has a bad name but it is normal that we can desire other things in life. Why shouldn't it be the same in love?"

Paola, 34, added: "I definitely sympathise with Walker because 98% of footballers do this, perhaps not creating a parallel life, but it is very easy to have two or three wives and children scattered around.

"Walker is not the first or the last but I like the way he apologised, taking on his faults and the responsibilities for his choices which he said he made alone while not involving his girls and trying to be respectful to them and defending his six children.

"He has been with his partner since they were children and that's very special and rare. I think Kyle must be a caring and romantic guy and loyal to a degree to even have this type of relationship.

"And as a footballer who has so many opportunities to have so many girls, different ones every day if he wants, and he stayed with his childhood sweetheart? It's incredible for me. It's a romantic story but let's be honest, it is very difficult to trust a footballer. They are spoiled and everything is done for them."

Paola rose to fame during the 2016 Italian referendum when she promised men who voted 'no' sexual favours before the constitutional reforms under former prime minister Matteo Renzi were rejected.

She later embarked on an oral sex tour and has since made headlines for her fierce passion for Napoli – including when she wore only body paint to a game after the club won its first Scudetto since 1990.

She gave credit to Walker for apologising for his actions

The titillating social media star has had flings with high profile men in the past and she believes women who commit to such people long term need to understand what they are getting into.

She explained: "Women participate in a chauvinistic society and they like it but as soon as something doesn't go right about this ride they are not mature enough to understand that the game is beautiful but it is also complex and everything can't go well. They are other women and they are attractive.

"Some footballer's wives don't know the reality of things, they are immature, not very adult and that's why their husbands often fill them with lies because they have little experience.

"They only serve to play the role of a woman who must guarantee serenity to the boy. It is a nice task – but the task includes how to accept betrayals."

Last year Paola spoke exclusively to us about meeting a Prem ace at a villa party before sleeping with him in a car. She later flew to London to continue the illicit encounters.

However, it ended bitterly when his supposedly agent approached her in an "aggressive manner" at a restaurant before all contact was cut.

And speaking about the player's girlfriend finding out, she said: "I was accused and threatened by her. She told me that I was a wh**e and I had to keep my dirty hands away from her boyfriend.

"These things make me sad. No one is owned by anyone first of all. But why should a woman insult another woman instead of being angry with her partner who f***** me?"
