Newcastle and Man Utd to compete for Stuttgart forward in the summer
Premier League clubs Newcastle United and Manchester United are all set to compete for VFB Stuttgart forward Serhou Guirassy in the summer, according to BILD.
With 17 goals in 14 games in the ongoing season, several top clubs had shown interest in the striker but the club did not want to let him leave until the end of the season. Guirassy could be available for a transfer fee in the region of €20m.
Deco refuses to comment on next Barcelona manager
Barcelona sporting director Deco refused to speak about the next Barcelona manager and claimed that Xavi's decision to quit the club next summer came as a surprise to them.
Speaking to reporters (via Fabrizio Romano), Deco said, "This is not the time to talk about the coach, Xavi has taken us by surprise. We were counting on Xavi for next year."

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Atalanta midfielder Ederson next summer, according to Fabrizio Romano via GIVEMESPORT.
Speaking to GMS, Romano said, "I don’t see Atalanta selling their best players, so they will have to make some decisions or to sell for really big money. So we have to see what Tottenham will decide but for sure, they’re scouting the player, they’re following the player closely and he is a player they appreciate. So I will keep his name for the summer. But at the moment, there is not even a shortlist of players who are guaranteed targets for Tottenham. So I think around March, April, this will be more clear."
