Barcelona have contacted Arsenal midfielder Jorginho regarding a summer move.
The Catalan giants are not in the best financial situation, but are also seeking reinforcements.
Per Sport, the La Liga champions made contact with the Italian and his agency regarding a free transfer move.
Jorginho is out of contract in the summer, which means that he can sign for free when the season ends.
He can even agree to a pre-contract with Barca at present, given his deal at Arsenal runs out in six months.
Barca are seeking midfielders to ease the burden of Gavi leaving the squad, as the youngster has a severe knee injury.
