Kennedy, 28, has racked up a following of almost 65,000 followers on the platform.
She was seen cheering on Tottenham star Maddison at the Qatar World Cup.
The pair have been together since 2020.
They celebrated the birth of twins, Delilah and Rome, shortly after Maddison sealed his transfer to Tottenham from Leicester.
The smitten couple also have a two-year-old son, Leo.
Maddison has recently needed his personal support network as he returned from an ankle injury he suffered back in November.
