Eric Dier has made a winning debut for Bayern Munich.
The on-loan Tottenham defender was a second-half substitute as Bayern defeated Union Berlin 1-0 on Wednesday night.
Raphael Guerreiro struck Bayern's winner as he reacted to a rebound from a Harry Kane strike.
Union Berlin manager Nenad Bjelic was sent off later after shoving Bayern winger Leroy Sane in the face.
Bayern now sit in second-place, four points behind leaders Bayer Leverkusen.
