Kennedy Alexa, 29, and Tottenham's star playmaker Maddison, 27, have been together since 2020.
The pair have three children together, including twins who were born last year.
Kennedy previously sent fans wild with a flurry of bikini pictures in October.
And she has now returned to deliver more snaps from a holiday in Antigua.
Model Kennedy posed on a luxurious beach while wearing a black swimsuit.
She captioned the snaps: “Antigua dump. Tasmanians. For the aesthetics. Ready for drinks by the beach.
“Sunset with my sunsets. The real sunsets. Sheer rocks. First ice bath with a view.”
Fans certainly couldn’t resist commenting on Kennedy’s photos.
One said: “This whole thing makes me so happy.”
Another declared: “A hot mama.”
One noted: “You are so beautiful.”
Another added: “My heart is so happy for you.”
Partner Maddison has been at Spurs since last summer, having joined in a £40million move from relegated Tottenham.
He got off to an incredible start with three goals and five assists in 11 matches.
But Maddison has not played since the 4-1 defeat to Chelsea after suffering a knee injury.
However, he could be fit to return in next week’s FA Cup fourth-round tie against Man City.
And with Spurs fifth in the Premier League table, fans will be dreaming of going on another fine run to boost their Champions League hopes.
