Reshmin always finds time in her busy schedule to keep in shape and she posted a snap of herself working out in the gym.
The 46-year-old wore a pink top that showed off her toned abs.
She accompanied the look with black leggings, white trainers and gym gloves.
Reshmin is a mother of two and her pal said on Instagram that she is an "inspiration".
Her compliments were posted alongside a video of the broadcaster lifting weights.
Reshmin is no stranger to giving fans a treat, recently catching the eye in a stylish all-black outfit.
She also dazzled in an elegant blue jacket.
It led to fans calling her "beautiful" and "outstanding".
The London-born host has been a regular on screens for several years.
She has worked for the likes of TNT Sports, BBC and talkSPORT.
