Manchester United defender Lindelof woke his wife up with a cake.
And her day got better as she was whisked away to a cottage and treated to flowers.
The happy couple then smiled for a selfie to round off a romantic birthday.
Lindelof has been out for United's last three games after he came off injured in the 2-1 home win against Chelsea earlier in the month.
The centre-back has been back training and manager Erik ten Hag provided a fitness update ahead of United's trip to West Ham.
Ten Hag said: "Victor Lindelof is not available. He has done surgery, so he will be out for a couple of weeks.
"What happened? He had a problem and so [personal] is that but he has to do the surgery."
