Lehmann can be seen dipping her legs into a hot tub as she admires the snowfall outside the windows.
The 24-year-old also relaxed in the sauna, showing off her physique to the camera.
In the caption, she wrote: "Relaxing the mind, relaxing the body."
Her followers flooded the comments section, with one saying: "Oh my goodness."
