Bayern players, staff and board members celebrated Wednesday's 1-0 win at Old Trafford with a post-match banquet.
Bild report that club staff attended a meal in the ballroom of the Kimpton Clocktower hotel in Manchester.
Food and wine were on offer to attendees at the event, which coincided with the 76th birthday of vice-president Walter Mennekes.
Tuchel was joined by marketing and communications manager Max.
The pair got together when Tuchel was Chelsea manager following his split from ex-wife Sissi in 2022.
He and Sissi were married for 13 years and had two children together.
Max had earlier been spotted celebrating Kingsley Coman's winning goal in the crowd at Old Trafford before stunning in a bright cocktail dress at the banquet.
The report adds that Tuchel got closer to his 36-year-old girlfriend after chief executive Jan-Christian Dreesen and sporting director Christoph Freund left the party at 1:05am.
Dreesen had honoured his manager with a speech during the banquet, with Tuchel jumping on a chair and waving his napkin in response.
Tuchel is said to have later sat intimately with his partner and kissed her on the cheek.
They are then understood to have left just before 2am, almost two hours after Tuchel's players.
The first round of players exits had occurred around 12:10am, lead by Leroy Sane.
Meanwhile, the rest of the squad, including Harry Kane, had all left by 1am.
