The Sun on Sunday told in June how the couple had broken-up two months before as Marcus holidayed in Miami.
He was seen returning to his hotel with personal trainer Courtney Caldwell after partying at an exclusive nightclub until 5am.
Speculation has swirled about the star's love life following his break-up with Lucia, who he had dated since he was 15.
The pair fell for each other at Ashton on Mersey School, in Sale, Greater Manchester.
After nine years together, the split in May 2021, blaming the pandemic and lockdown pressures.
