Barcelona seek Lo Celso talks with Spurs

Barcelona are preparing to open their chequebook as they look to recover from the loss of Gavi.
The young Spanish midfielder will be out for the rest of the season with an ACL injury.
Given the value of Gavi to Xavi Hernandez's team, Mundo Deportivo states a big replacement will come into the club.
Barca seem to have earmarked Giovani Lo Celso as their top target, with the Tottenham man impressing during his spells in La Liga.
Lo Celso is in and out of the Spurs team so far this season, but may not be for sale.
Spurs are losing players to the African Cup of Nations, and will want Lo Celso as cover.
