The couple have been together since they were aged 16 and look happier than ever in Sasha's latest snaps.
Her 264,000 Instagram followers variously described her as the "prettiest girl I’ve ever seen" and a "gorgeous angel".
The influencer, 27, was certainly sparkling - just like the fortunes of her boyfriend.
Grealish won the hearts of football fans from many other clubs after the extended way he celebrated Manchester City's Treble last season.
The England winger, 28, slotted a three-day bender into his rejoicing.
But after the Three Lions qualified for Euro 2024 with a 3-1 defeat of Italy on Tuesday he had no time to enjoy the achievement in similar fashion.
After coming on as a substitute at Wembley, he again had just a late cameo in City's 2-1 home Prem win over Brighton on Saturday.
Off the pitch he appears to be enjoying an idyllic life with Sasha.
The couple, both from Birmingham, had a blissful holiday in France in July.
And a date night in Manchester was amongst recent romantic engagements.
Sasha's smile in her latest batch of Instagram snaps was at its brightest when she posed with Grealish.
The range of rosy memories included one of the Eiffel Tower and another of a large TV screen with Barbie on it - suggesting even this busy couple can sometimes squeeze in a cosy evening at home.
