Man Utd scouts watching Benfica midfielder Joao Neves

Manchester United are tracking Benfica midfielder Joao Neves.

The Sun says United manager Erik ten Hag has had scouts posted to watch the 19 year-old this season.

They were in attendance last week as Benfica played Estoril with Neves their prime focus.

The youngster has a deal with Benfica to 2028 which carries a €110m buyout clause.

Neves is part of Portugal coach Roberto Martinez's squad this week.
