Brentford hike-up price for Arsenal, Chelsea target Toney

Brentford are hiking up their price for Ivan Toney.
While Toney has informed the Bees he wishes to leave in January, they won't allow him to depart on the cheap.
Arsenal and Chelsea are targeting the centre-forward currently serving a betting ban to the New Year.
The i says Brentford have raised their asking price from £60m to £80m to sell Toney in January.
The striker is ready to move on and recently changed agents.
