The glamorous daughter of a World Cup winning icon and former Champions League stalwart has been hailed on social media for her eye-caching snaps.

Martina Cannavaro is the middle child of both Daniela Arenoso and Fabio Cannavaro, Italy's World Cup winning captain in 2006 who played for the likes of Parma, Inter Juventus and Real Madrid.

Martina is passionate about fashion and got thousands of likes for her outfit at a recent masquerade ball which celebrated Fabio's 50th birthday.

One comment on her most recent upload said: "You look BEAUTIFUL." A second fan added: "Gorgeous."

A third wrote: "The prettiest of them all." A fourth posted: "you look so beautiful." A fifth then said: "You are a dream."

The 21-year-old is also no stranger to a bikini snap, posing in a green bikini further down her feed which also brought in thousands of likes.

Italy icon Cannavaro spent three years with Napoli and seven with Parma before two years at both Inter Milan and Juventus.

He won the Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana twice during his time with Parma as well as the UEFA Cup, but had two Serie A titles revoked due to the Calciopoli scandal.

Two La Liga titles came with Real Madrid but the highlight of his career was without doubt the 2006 World Cup in which France were beaten on penalties in the final.
