Flores cutting Arsenal ties as Tigres deal settled

Marcelo Flores is wrapping up his move with Tigres UANL in Mexico.
The Arsenal midfielder arrived in Mexico last week and has completed his medical.
Tigres are expected to soon announce the transfer.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting: "Marcelo Flores has signed contract as new Tigres player on permanent deal from Arsenal.
"Documents completed for Flores who's next one to leave the club after Nicolas Pepe."
