Ansu Fati is on his way out of Barcelona this summer as his father Bori Fati and agent Jorge Mendes met in Seville on Tuesday to decide on the player's future, according to Helena Condis Edo.

Fati reportedly has offers from Premier League clubs Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur and a decision could be made by Wednesday.
