Melissa, 37, is Sky Sports’ senior football reporter and regularly delights fans with her insights on the beautiful game.

After an action-packed season, she decided to take a break by heading on holiday to the French Riviera.

The getaway coincided with her 37th birthday on August 24.

And Melissa toasted the occasion by wearing on a bold outfit.

The South African wore a bathing suit as she soaked up the sun.

She completed the chic look with a large-brimmed hat and sunglasses.
