Monaco return with an improved bid for Folarin Balogun

According to Daily Mail, Monaco is expected to make an improved offer for $63m rated Arsenal striker, Folarin Balogun, after their first bid was rejected.

Balogun, 22, spent a successful season at Reims last year and is being chased by Arsenal's bitter rivals Tottenham Hotspur as well. The North London club are looking for a replacement for Harry Kane.
