Chelsea reach agreement with Brighton for Moises Caicedo

Chelsea have found a breakthrough in negotiations with Brighton for Moises Caicedo, according to David Ornstein of The Athletic. The London Blues are expected to pay a British record fee of £115m with sell-on clause for the Seagulls.

Caicedo is set to sign a contract for 8yrs with an option for an additional year. The medical is booked for tomorrow and the transfer is expected to be complete on the same day.

Al-Hilal close to reaching an agreement with Neymar
