Playboy model promises 'nudes for every goal Brazil score' at Women's World Cup

Brazillian Playboy sensation Cris Galera has promised to treat fans for every goal scored by the national team at the Women's World Cup.

Cris caught the attention of her 500,000 social media followers by wearing tugging on a patriotic t-shirt before revealing her plans to celebrate each time Pia Sundhage's team can put the ball in the back of the net Down Under.

She said: "I'm glad the Women's World Cup has started. Will you watch? I'll post a nude for every goal the girls score. Gotta encourage it!"

Her followers were of course delighted, with Brazil having a host of new fans as their tournament gets underway against Panama on Monday in Group F.

"Great incentive!" joked a follower. "Glad you reminded me," said a second. "I want to watch it with you," a third fan posted.

Cris made a similar promise in the past during the 2022 World Cup, with the Brazil men's side going on to smash home eight goals before losing in the quarter-finals.

The Women's World Cup runs until August 20, with joint hosts New Zealand and Australia both kicking off with victories - as did England over Haiti.

As well as Panama, Brazil have Jamaica and France in their group who kicked off with a 0-0 draw at the Sydney Football Stadium.

Brazil who have never won the World Cup but reached the final in 2007, are ranked eighth in the world and three places behind the French.

Jamaica find themselves down in 43rd on the FIFA list, with Panama in 52nd. The favourites for the tournament are reigning champions the United States, with Spain and England also fancied.

Before the tournament, one international player rejected the chance to star in Playboy because she wants to be known from her success on the pitch.

Speaking to AS German international Giulia Gwinn said: "I respect Playboy as a journalistic product, but then I prefer to present myself as a footballer on the field.

"In general, I think and hope that we will have much more exciting and important issues to discuss, especially now with the World Cup."
