Clubs from the Saudi Pro League have been active in their recruitment this summer, bringing in several high-profile athletes to elevate the league as a whole.
Including the moves for Neves and Koulibaly, Al Hilal also made another statement move this summer by signing Sergej Milinkovic-Savic from Lazio.
Now the club is seemingly intent on making a shock push for Spurs star Harry Kane, whose future looks more and more uncertain with each passing day.
Tottenham have already rejected two bids from Bayern Munich for Kane, and are expecting a third bid from the German champions.
Interest from Manchester United seems to have gone with the club now looking at younger options and thinking more for the long term with interest in Atalanta's Rasmus Hojlund.
This leaves the perfect opportunity for Al Hilal to stake their claim for Kane's services this summer. The Saudi outfit have reportedly enquired about the England international's services by speaking with an intermediary.
Sky Sports reported their interest in Kane, which would be a huge surprise as well as shock if it comes to be.
Al Hilal one of the clubs who want to sign Kylian Mbappe this summer. Representatives have been in contact with PSG. Al Hilal tried to sign Lionel Messi earlier this summer. One source says they also held talks with an intermediary about the possibility of signing Harry Kane.…

The 29-year-old has one year left on his Tottenham deal and though he has serious admirers in the Premier League and abroad, Bayern are the only one who have made their interest apparent.
As for Al-Hilal, they have not made an approach with an offer to Spurs as of yet for Kane, so the interest any subsequent movement in the deal will take its own time.
The Spurs forward is currently away with the club on the pre-season tour, and manager Ange Postecoglou is seemingly keen on sorting out the situation at the earliest.
The Australian was not best pleased during his recent press conference when a German reporter brought a 'Harry Kane 9 jersey' to the presser.
It remains to be seen where exactly Kane's future lies, but a move to Saudi Arabia is not out of the question yet.
