Inter Milan are pushing Arsenal to drop their price for Folarin Balogun.
Inter are prioritising a move for the USA striker after pulling out of talks with Chelsea for Romelu Lukaku.
However, they regard Arsenal's £50m valuation as too steep, reports Sportitalia's Alfredo Pedulla.
Instead, Inter are pushing Arsenal to accept a fee of £40m.
For his part, Balogun is keen to see the deal closed. The striker is currently with Arsenal on their US preseason tour.
