Liverpool ready to turn to Brighton ace Caicedo

Liverpool may yet consider a move for Brighton's Moises Caicedo this summer.

The Reds are in the midst of a significant midfield overhaul after a poor season that saw them finish without Champions League football.

Having already added two new faces, the Reds are now looking at Caicedo as a third option in that area of the pitch.

Per talkSPORT, a move for Caicedo is only on if Liverpool manage to sell both Jordan Henderson and Fabinho.

The veteran duo are the subject of interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia, which would see them net significant wage rises.

While the signings of Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai have already strengthened the Reds in midfield, they are looking to improve even further.

Another target is Southampton's young star Romeo Lavia, who would be roughly half the price of Caicedo.
