De Bruyne was pictured in black swimming trunks and Michele stunned in a white bikini.
Manchester City stars Manuel Akanji and Nathan Ake also joined them on the break with their families.
Still in a party mood from winning the Treble, the attacking midfielder knocked back a shot at a beach bar.
He and his wife then went for a dip in the sea to cool off while putting on a romantic display.
Michele wrapped her arms around him and planted a kiss on De Bruyne's cheek.
The duo have been together since 2014 and tied the knot in 2017.
They have three children who also joined them in Ibiza - Mason, 7, Rome, 4, and Suri, 2.
This is their second holiday of the summer after flying out to Saint-Tropez, France.
Michele kissed De Bruyne while on the trip in a loved-up Instagram snap.
She also left fans in awe by joining the no bra club as the City squad celebrated lifting the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League at a Manchester nightclub.
This squad partied wildly during a four-day bender that left Jack Grealish on cloud nine.
