Chelsea rival Saudis for Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie

Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has identified Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie as a target.
The 26-year-old is out of favor with the Catalan giants, a year after arriving on a free transfer.
Kessie is not a regular at Barca, with the likes of Gavi, Frenkie de Jong and Pedri preferred in his role.
Relevo in Spain states that while he is not keen on a move to the Saudi Pro League, Chelsea may be a lot more appealing.
The Blues cannot offer European football, but would allow him to shine in the Premier League.
The all action superstar is thought to have a game that is perfect for English football.
