SunSport understands Daniel Levy won't let him leave no matter what.

However, he only has a year left on his contract and Spurs are in danger of losing him for free in 12 months' time.

Bayern want Kane to help them force the transfer through.

The 29-year-old supposedly wants to join the Bundesliga champions and has agreed a deal in principle to sign for them.

Privately, Levy has not given up hope of convincing Kane to pen a new deal in North London.

And the club insist no bid has been lodged for their star man.

Real Madrid had been keen but have reportedly cooled their interest.

Manchester United have also been linked with Kane but didn't hold out much hope that the signing was possible.

The England captain has never won a trophy in his career but has his eyes on breaking the all-time Premier League scoring record.

Alan Shearer tops the charts with 260 goals and Kane is on 218.

The Newcastle legend recently joked he would drive his rival to Bayern in order to protect his record.

Kane has played an incredible 435 times for Spurs, netting 280 goals for the club.
