Liverpool make €60m Valverde offer

Liverpool have reportedly placed a €60 million (£52m/$65m) starting bid for Real Madrid star Federico Valverde, reports El Nacional (via DaveOckop.com).

The Reds have targeted their midfield as in need of a serious rebuild this summer, having already landed Brighton ace Alexis Mac Allister, but the Spanish outlet continues that Real will accept an offer of no lower than €100m (£86m/$108m) for the Uruguayan.

Chelsea schedule Inter meeting for Lukaku, Koulibaly & Onana talks

Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has revealed that Chelsea will meet with Inter in the coming days to talk about several summer transfer dealings.

The issue of Romelu Lukaku will be discussed, as the Belgian returns to west London next month but reportedly wants to stay on in Milan. Inter have also been linked with a loan move for defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

Andre Onana will also likely be another topic of conversation, with Chelsea reportedly keen on upgrading in the goalkeeper department. They have previously been quoted a minimum fee of £50 million.

PSG feel betrayed by Mbappe over letter leak (Mirror)

Kylian Mbappe dropped a contract bombshell on Monday, reportedly telling Paris Saint-Germain in a letter that he doesn't intend to stay beyond his current deal, which expires in 2024.

However, The Mirror reports that this letter was sent to French outlet L'Equipe first, which broke the story, leaving the capital club feeling "betrayed" by the 24-year-old.

He is now being widely linked with a move away from PSG this summer, with Real Madrid the most likely destination.

Dzeko's agent in talks with Fenerbahce

Veteran Inter striker Edin Dzeko could be on his way to Fenerbahce this summer, as Marco Conterio reports agent Alessandro Lucci is in Istanbul for talks with the Turkish giants.

These negotiations will reportedly take place in the coming days, as a two-year deal is thought to be on the table. A club in Saudi Arabia have also made an approach for the 37-year-old.
