And Neymar is the latest superstar open to moving on as the Parisians face a huge summer shake-up.
Two years remain on his contract, with the option of an extra 12 months.
So Chelsea would still have to splash out to reunite Neymar with his ex-PSG chief Mauricio Pochettino at Stamford bridge.
The 31-year-old was thought to favour a move to Old Trafford.
But Le10sport say Chelsea officials are showing their strong backing for Pochettino by opening negotiations over a mega move.
Poch has also being tipped to beat Arsenal to £80milion-rated midfielder Moises Caicedo.
Meanwhile, Messi has been linked with old club Barcelona as well as Saudi Arabian teams.
And iconic Spanish centre-back Ramos has announced his PSG exit.
