Jude Bellingham was heartbroken as he missed out on Bundesliga glory

A crestfallen Jude Bellingham shoved away a camera after Borussia Dortmund threw away the Bundesliga title on the final day of the season.

The England international, who has been heavily linked with a summer transfer to Real Madrid, was only fit enough to come off the bench in the 2-2 draw with Mainz.

Dortmund sat two points clear of Bayern going into the final day, but it was Thomas Tuchel's men that claimed an 11th consecutive title with a late win at Koln.

One reply said: "Gotta feel for him." A second added: "Dortmund were unable to win league cos Jude Bellingham didn't start."

A third posted: "Really wanted to sign off with a league title." A fourth added: "Dortmund badly missed him today."

Dortmund only needed to match the result of Bayern to claim their first title since 2012 but fell behind to Andreas Hanche-Olsen and Karim Onisiwo.

Despite Raphael Guerreiro and Niklas Sule's goals, Kingsley Coman and Jamal Musiala were on target to secure glory for Tuchel's side.

Bayern won the title thanks to their superior goal difference of 54 to 39, with both finishing on 71 points.

Making moves minutes after the title was decided, Bayern announced that CEO Oliver Kahn and sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic had left the club.

Dortmund then shared a video of their fans singing after the game despite missing out on top spot, with players falling to the pitch in sadness.

Bellingham, 19, may well have played his final game for the club despite their determination to keep him, with Real Madrid set to bid.
