Fans notice hilarious detail about Rob McElhenney as he and Ryan Reynolds party with Wrexham stars in Las Vegas

FANS reckon Rob McElhenney is fitter than his Wrexham stars as they party in Las Vegas.

Hollywood co-owners McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds took the players on an all-expenses-paid holiday to America following their promotion from the National League.

The players have been loving the trip Stateside - and McElhenney and wife Kaitlin Olson could not resist getting involved.

They joined in a big squad photo with the Red Dragons players in their swimming trunks.

And topless McElhenney got involved with his sunglasses and Wrexham cap.

The It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia star captioned the epic team photo on Twitter: "The Gang throws a Pool Party in Nevada for the Greatest Football team on Earth."

But fans flooded the comments commenting on how shredded the 46-year-old actor is - putting the footballers to shame.

One said: "Why is Rob more jacked than his players?"

Another wrote: "How is Rob more shredded than all the professional athletes half his age?"

A third added: "Looks like @tozer_ben and @RMcElhenney are having a 'who is more shredded' competition."

And a final user commented: "You don’t look out of place with the football player bods there Rob."

McElhenney and Olson are clearly enjoying their time away with the squad.

But they took on the role of responsible parents - by applying sun cream to the squad members as they soaked up the hot American sun with drinks in the pool surrounded by bikini-clad women.

McElhenney wrote on Instagram: "Mom and Dad made sure the boys didn't burn."

The Hollywood pair promised the players a trip abroad if they completed their ambition of returning to the EFL after 15 years away.

They pipped Notts County in an epic title race and were rewarded with £1,000 whiskeys, a £200,000 team bonus and an open-top bus parade along with the victorious women's team.

But to top it all off, the Wrexham aces jetted out to the USA for their final squad celebrations.

They made the most of the party spots on offer at the TAO Beach Dayclub, the MGM Grand, OMNIA and Marquee Dayclub and were wined and dined at the luxury Spago restaurant.
