Daniel Nardiello recalled how Luke Chadwick was wide-eyed surrounded by strippers
Ex-Manchester United midfielder Luke Chadwick was "smiling his head off" while strippers danced around him at a Christmas party, according to former colleague Daniel Nardiello.
Chadwick played just 38 times in all competitions for the Red Devils after graduating from their academy in the late 90s, but has a Premier League winners medal to his name from the 2000/01 season.
He and Nardiello, who was two years his junior and only made four senior appearances for United, were on the fringes of Sir Alex Ferguson's side together and both attended a Dwight Yorke-organised Xmas party.
Recalling on the Undr The Cosh podcast, Nardiello said: "He organised the Christmas dos as well, Dwight, and rightly so. I think the first one I ever went to there was like four or five strippers at Sugar Lounge.
"All the first team lads were nowhere to be seen. They were getting well away from it, so there was just like reserve team lads and a couple of youth team lads that were able to be there.
"They got Luke Chadwick and they was dancing all around him on the floor. He was just there smiling his head off.
"Dwight organised it all but the first team lads were all well away, they didn’t want anything to do with obviously the strippers. They were all married so they were behaving themselves. Dwight, he organised a good party."
Chadwick went on to enjoy a journeyman career primarily in the Football League after leaving Old Trafford in 2004, as did Nardiello following his exit the next year.
