Man City defender Laporte eager for Barcelona move

Manchester City defender Aymeric Laporte is eager to join Barcelona.

Laporte has been cleared by manager Pep Guardiola to leave City this summer as he seeks regular football.

The Spain international favours a return to LaLiga.

And Mundo Deportivo says Laporte first choice would be to sign for Barca.

The 28-year-old defender has made just eight appearances in the Premier League this season without scoring.
