Arteta keen on signing Ansu Fati
According to reports, Mikel Arteta "dreams of signing" Barcelona youngster Ansu Fati, who has impressed numerous clubs across Europe in recent seasons.
The 20-year-old is considered one of the hottest young talents on the continent, but despite already making 96 appearances for Barca, he's struggled to consistently start games under Xavi this season.
Whether they win the Premier League this season or not, the Gunners will be looking to strengthen this summer, and Fati could prove to be the perfect target.
Potter speaks out about squad size at Chelsea
Chelsea manager Graham Potter has spoken out about the size of his squad and how it impacts the side's ability to compete in Europe.
"Regardless of the ifs [of qualifying for Europe], the number of the squad is not optimal regardless of whatever competition we are in," said Potter. "I think everybody would suggest that's correct. I think that's a normal part of a football club's business at the end of the season, different things happen, people move on. It might be because a player needs more gametime or something else but that's not something I can report on now."
Despite the large number of players Chelsea have signed in the last year, the club continues to be linked with various transfer targets. To fund any potential moves, they may be looking to sell midfielder Mason Mount this summer.
Schlupp and Ayew sign new deals for Palace
Crystal Palace players Jeffrey Schlupp and Jordan Ayew have signed new contracts with the south London club, as reported by the Athletic.
After agreeing on fresh terms and joining goalkeeper Vicente Guaita in doing so, the pair will remain at the club for an extra year each. The new contracts come as Roy Hodgson aims to settle and galvanise his squad after coming out of retirement to rejoin the Eagulls and aid their search for survival.

Chelsea want to extend Zakaria's stay at Stamford Bridge
Since signing from Borussia Monchengladbach last year, Juventus midfielder Denis Zakaria has attracted the attention of clubs across Europe. He signed on loan for Chelsea in January, and according to a report by CalcioMercatoWeb, the club are interested in extending his stay in London.
The 26-year-old could be kept in the ranks after his deal runs out in the summer, as part of a part-exchange deal, with Ruben Loftus-Cheek being floated as a potential replacement to use within a swap deal.

Inter defender Milan Skriniar is set to sign for Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season, with a one-of-a-kind contract that the Parisian giants are becoming more and more familiar with.
In line with the club's new salary structure – which states that the player’s salary “would depend on the number of games played during the season” - Skriniar looks likely to sign on a per-game contract.
PSG reportedly keeping tabs on Saliba
Arsenal centre-back William Saliba has played a crucial role in the North London club's unexpected charge for the title this season. He's been a rock at the back, and clubs across Europe are taking notice.
French giants PSG are currently being linked heavily with a move for Saliba, whose current contract at Arsenal runs out in summer 2024. According to Caught Offside's Jonathan Johnson, “I think PSG, like a lot of top teams, will keep a close eye on Saliba, and see if an opportunity comes up."
