Sergio Ramos could reject MLS for PSG extension (SPORT)
Paris Saint-Germain remain interested in keeping Sergio Ramos after his contract expires this summer, and the centre-back could be convinced to stay at the club despite interest elsewhere, according to SPORT.
An MLS offer is reportedly on the table, and Ramos could potentially join Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets in the United States if he were to take that path.
But his recent performances have apparently been sufficient for PSG to think about making a new offer - which the 36-year-old would be tempted to accept.
Ramos has enjoyed better health than he did last term and taken on a more important role as a result.
Arsenal will activate Xhaka's contract option
Arsenal will trigger a clause that will keep midfielder Granit Xhaka in north London another year, according to the Sun.
That decision will reportedly not influence their pursuit of Declan Rice, though, as they still see the need to add another elite midfielder in the coming transfer window.

Crystal Palace try to prevent Zaha exit
Crystal Palace won't back down in the face of transfer pressure from Al-Ittihad to bring Wilfried Zaha to the Saudi Pro League.
Zaha has reportedly been offered a massive pay rise, but manager Patrick Vieira still blieves it's possible to keep him at Selhurst Park.
"Everybody knows we want to keep Wilfried at our football club," he said. "We will do everything to keep him at the football club."
Gnonto & McKennie could be used in Juve swap deal
Current Leeds United duo Wilfried Gnonto and Weston McKennie could be involved in a swap deal with Juventus in the summer, according to Calciomercatoweb.it.
The Italian outlet reports that Juve are interested in signing Gnonto and could be willing to offload McKennie on a permanent deal to complete the move, as the American is currently on loan at the Yorkshire club.
The situation may be changed completely if Leeds are relegated this campaign, though, as they could face losing both players in that eventuality.
Leeds reach agreement to sign Barcelona starlet
Leeds United have agreed terms to sign Barcelona wonderkid Ilias Akhomach at the end of the season, according to reports from Mundo Deportivo.
The 18-year-old Spanish winger - who was hailed as 'the new Lionel Messi' by former Barca director Patrick Kluivert - will join Javi Gracia's side on a free after refusing to extend his stay in Catalonia beyond his current deal, which expires in the summer.
Kerr keen to extend Chelsea stay
Fresh from scoring a stunning winner to help Chelsea leapfrog Manchester United in the WSL on Sunday, striker Sam Kerr says she is ready to commit her future to the club.
"Hopefully I stay here as long as I can and hopefully there's a lot more goals, and a lot more games, and we go from there," the Australian told told BBC Radio London. "I have a special relationship with Emma, she gets the best out of me as you can tell in the last two years - if you're listening Emma sign me up."
