Alisha Lehmann is now the most followed sporting star in Switzerland after she surpassed tennis legend Roger Federer by reaching more than 11.4million followers last month

Swiss superstar Alisha Lehmann has passed tennis legend Roger Federer as the most followed Swiss sportsperson on Instagram.
Lehmann, who currently plays for Aston Villa's women's side, passed 11.4million followers recently - while Federer can only boast 11.2million followers. The Swiss star regularly posts snaps from her WSL games, but Lehamnn also wows fans with cheeky snaps.
The 24-year-old cashed in on her popularity at the turn of the year - when she posed for her own calendar. The cover snap showed Lehamnn in a tight black leather suit posing on top of a sofa.
However, the calendar was reportedly at the centre of Lehmann's split with Aston Villa star man Douglas Luiz - who was less than impressed with the sexy snaps.
A source close to the couple told The Sun: "Douglas was completely smitten with Alisha. When she first arrived, he was like, ‘Who is this girl?’...But, sadly, as Alisha became more in demand off the pitch, the cracks started to appear in their relationship.
“When asked to do a calendar, she jumped at the chance to show off her sexy side but he was not happy.

"He didn’t think it was something she should be doing. They rowed a lot and in the end, Alisha simply had enough.”
Lehmann had previously dated her international teammate Ramona Bachamnn. However, that led to the unique situation, when Lehmann was at West Ham, of a couple playing against each other in the WSL - with Bachmann at Chelsea.
However, the pair split up before Lehmann started dating Luiz.

Lehmann almost has 10million followers more than Swiss superstar Granit Xhaka, who has been in the form of his life in recent months.
Federer, meanwhile, has retired from professional tennis - and he's now enjoying the retired life.
