Marsch expects Harrison to sign new deal after transfer blocked

Leeds coach Jesse Marsch believes Jack Harrison will sign a new contract with the club.

The attacker was the subject of a January transfer bid from Leicester but the Elland Road club would not let him leave.

“It was clear we wanted Jack to stay, Jack wanted to stay and that's why he's still here,” Marsch told reporters. “We are visiting getting that contract extension finalised because I think Jack has earned it and he's an important guy in our squad.”
